Colorado Reading Center was established in 1995 in Englewood, Colorado. The location was chosen due to its close proximity to Santa Fe Drive and Hampden Avenue, each offering easy access from all parts of the city.

The Colorado Reading Center is a Colorado owned and operated private business. It is not a franchise. The founder, Mrs. Patricia Lamouria and her husband, Mr. Lloyd Lamouria, along with a staff of experienced clinicians, are highly skilled in one-on-one Academic Therapy that addresses the underlying problems of reading and learning problems. Colorado Reading Center offers far more than just classroom work tutoring. The caring staff focuses and uses the latest research techniques in one-on-one Academic Therapy to help individuals, from six years old through adults, overcome their particular learning difficulties.
