About Us:

Colorado River Cowboy Church was founded in 2007 at River Bend Park in Smithville, TX by a small group of devoted Cowboy Christians. Cowboy Church Services were started at an open rodeo arena and covered patio but quickly outgrew the facility. In 2009, a 23 acre tract of land was puchased east of Smithville on Highway 71, where a new 40' x 60' metal building with dirt floors and no air conditioning was used to hold services.

Today, Colorado River Cowboy Church has grown into a larger expanded building with air conditioning and concrete floors. In December 2014, a new 40' x 60' Children's Ministry building has begun construction. CRCC's outdoor arena is set up to host any rodeo or cowboy event and is very horse friendly, whether for pleasure riding or a western event.
