About Us:

The Commodore Chorus is the performing chorus of the Norfolk, Virginia chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society, a 501(c)(3) organization based in Kenosha, WI which boasts more than 27,000 members throughout the world. Our Chapter was chartered 53 years ago on March 28, 1957 and is a significant part of the history and heritage of barbershop harmony in the Southern Division of the Mid-Atlantic District. Members of our chapter hail from all areas of Hampton Roads and include guys from as far north as Kilmarnock, VA, and as far south as the Outer Banks of North Carolina!
We meet every Thursday nigh at 7:00 pm at the Norfolk Masonic Temple, 7001 Granby Street, Norfolk, VA.
