CCAC's South Campus serves southern Allegheny County and neighboring communities. It occupies a 200-acre site near Century III Mall. Classes also are offered at the Bethel Park Center and Washington County Center.

The campus' six-story central education facility in West Mifflin houses lecture halls, classrooms, a learning assistance center, a community library, a theater, dining areas and office space. Within the campus complex are a Student Service Center and a solar-heated greenhouse.

South campus' Learning Resource Center includes computer and media centers and allied health and nursing laboratories.
