Community Counseling & Mediation (CCM) is an innovative, community-based social service organization providing a wide range of social support, counseling, health, mental health, education, and supportive housing services to approximately 10,000 at-risk children and families in various areas of Brooklyn.

 Our PREP (Personal Responsibility Education Program) program provides adolescents residing in Brooklyn with accurate sexual health information and increases their awareness about healthy lifestyles. Two to three times a year PREP hosts a community event/symposium, which is designed to educate youth and parents from the community on various "healthy behaviors" and connect them with resources that promote healthy lifestyles.
