Community Hospice  Looking for Volunteers in Columbiana County

Opportunities are available for those looking to give their time to making a difference in someone's life.  Community Hospice is looking for volunteers to work directly with patients, work on fundraising events or work in our office.  Training of hospice volunteers equips you to contribute significantly to our mission of bringing peace, hope and compassion to those whom we serve.    The Community Hospice volunteer training takes place over four sessions to be held on September 22^nd, 24^th, 29^th, and Oct. 1^st  from 1:00 to 4:30 pm.  Participation in all four sessions is required to be a certified Community Hospice volunteer.  The classes will take place at the Columbiana office of Community Hospice (2341 East State Street, Unit B in Salem Ohio).    For further information and/or to register contact Heather Kane at (234) 575-0164 or e-mail [email protected].    Community Hospice is a local non-profit agency which has been serving hospice patients since 1986.
