Cornerstone Care is a non-profit network of community health centers and practices serving primarily rural communities throughout southwestern Pennsylvania. Our mission is to improve the health of our patients and all the residents of the communities we serve. Cornerstone Care continually strives to mobilize resources in response to unmet community needs and to provide a comprehensive range of services including health education, social services, counseling and a variety of specialists as well as preventative and primary health care spanning medical, dental, and mental health. Currently, our organization operates eight locations serving the three-county region of Washington, Greene and Fayette. We reach out to low income, uninsured and other underserved populations in recognition to the barriers of accessing health care that many of our neighbors face.
