Country View Senior Living Community is located in Walnut Grove, MN. It opened in May of 2005.

We provide living styles to meet the best of standards.
This includes (16) Assisted Living apartments and (12) Independent Living in a variety of floor plans.

Walnut Grove Senior Dining program is available Monday - Friday. We begin serving meals at 11:30am
