CASA volunteers are specially trained individuals who work with children
of all ages who who have been removed from their homes through no fault
of their own. They form relationships with, not only the children but,
all of the appropriate persons involved with the case. They do this in
an effort to monitor the child's situation; and to ensure that wherever
they are, it is an appropriate fit. More importantly however, they
monitor the situation to ensure that a child is not returned to a
dangerous environment and submitt reports to the Judges presiding over
their cases.
