Our Spring/Summer CSA starts the first week in May and continues through the last week in August (a total of 18 weeks). We also offer an Early Start option for the month of April. Our Fall CSA starts the first week in September and continues till the end of December.

Our weekly farm share box (bi-weekly for 1/2 shares) consists of an average of 8 in-season items in quantities designed for 2-4 people (depending on menu preferences).

In the Spring, there will be greens (kale, chard, lettuce, spinach), short season crops (radishes, scallions, peas) as well as many others (broccoil, carrots, garlic, potatoes, and sweet potatoes). We are experimenting with hotbeds, and plan to have cucumbers in the spring without using any artificial heat.

Summer crops include Cucumbers, Sweet Corn, Tomatoes, Watermelon, and Zucchini. We will continue to have lettuce in nearly every box. We also plan to have green beans, carrots, onions, and peppers.

In the Fall, there will be Concord grapes, carrots, beets, and broccoli. Also onions, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and scallions.

For the past twelve years, we have been growing organic produce. We started by raising potatoes, tomatoes, winter squash and broccoli and selling it all wholesale. We've since expanded our crops to include Sweet Corn, Heirloom Tomatoes, Peppers, Lettuce, Watermelon, Cabbage, Carrots, Beets, and Garlic. In 2002 we partnered with Paradise Organics and between the two farms, we offered a full line of fresh vegetables to wholesale markets. In 2008 we extended our marketing to a farmer's market in Philadelphia. In November 2009, we began our first Winter CSA. We now offer a Winter CSA, a Spring/Summer CSA and a Fall CSA.
