The Cresskill Public School system is widely regarded as an exemplary school system that strives to meet the individual needs of the over 1,500 students who attend our three schools each day. Our schools have a rich tradition of excellence in academics, athletics and co-curricular activities and have, for many years, enjoyed an extremely high level of community support.

The challenge for Cresskill is to be responsive to the needs of each of our students in a world that is both changing and shrinking. As the world changes so must the schools. Noted author Howard Gardner wrote, "Changes in our world are so rapid and so decisive that it will not be possible for schools to remain as they were or to simply introduce a few superficial adjustments."
