Our Mission:

The Cross County Arts Council promotes the fine arts by supporting activities and programs that provide cultural enrichment and artistic expression to the children and citizens of Cross County, Arkansas.

Our History:

The Cross County Arts Council was formed in 1984 in Wynne by a group of concerned citizens who saw a need for artistic programming in the community.  Today, we serve more than 20,000 residents of Cross County by providing scholarships, free workshops, artistic performances in schools, and free programming for the community.
