The objectives of this Association shall be to promote Christian fellowship, Missionary purposes, Christian education, Evangelism, and Christian stewardship.

The Association shall be composed of messengers chosen by the churches belonging to it, whose messengers, on presenting satisfactory evidence of their election, shall be entitled to seats as members of this body. Each member church which has up to one hundred (100) members may have five (5) messengers, Churches with more than 100 members, one (1) messenger for each additional fifty (50) members, but not to exceed ten (10) messengers.
