CSA members enjoy a mixture of sprouts and micro-greens each week from January thru February. Shares are customizable with notice. Example Share: 1/4lb Everything Mix sprouts, 1 pint Crunchy Bean sprout, 1 pint sprouted wheat berries, 1/4lb. Pea Shoots.

Dancing Turtle offers a variety of Sprouts and Micro-greens grown with Organic seed in our certified kitchen. Offerings may be purchased at the Ithaca Farmer's Market, through direct order, or through our Winter CSA (Jan.-Feb.2010. Fresh, flavorfull and nutritious our sprouts are available year- round!
