D.A.W.G.S. = Diabetics in the Area of Waycross Gathering for Support.

The purpose of the Diabetes Support Group is to help diabetics realize that they are not alone; to provide education on diabetes prevention, management, and complication issues; and to raise awareness of the disease in the community.

The group meets at 6:30 on the first Thursday evening of every month in the classroom of the Satilla Regional Medical Center Annex building at 1800 Alice Street, except when announced otherwise
