The De Soto Chamber of Commerce is organized to achieve the following objectives:

To coordinate the efforts of commerce, industry and the professions in maintaining and strengthening a sound and healthy business climate in the De Soto area.
To sponsor aggressive programs of work and stimulate activities that will provide for full development and employment of our human and economic resources.
To provide creative business leadership and effective coordination of all interested parties in solving community problems in initiating constructive community action.
To create broad understanding and appreciation of the great opportunities in the De Soto area, and to promote the advantages and assets of our community within the area, in the state, and in the world.

The Chamber Office is open Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Many people of our community contact the chamber for referrals as well as people from out of state looking to relocate their home or business. As a Chamber Member you and your company are referred in response to all inquiries that apply.

By being a Chamber Member you are supporting your community.

For New Business Grand Openings and established Business Grand Re-openings the Chamber is happy to do ribbon cuttings. We provide the photographer, ribbon and will notify the local papers.

By sponsoring one of our many events you will receive advertisement for your business.

You will receive a Newsletter six months out of the year to keep you up-dated on current events. You may also place an ad in this newsletter that is inexpensive and will reach several hundred addresses.

All annual dues are tax deductible.
