Defcom street defense is a reality based self defense program that is a mixture of different martial arts. It is a no-nonsense program to improve your chances of surviving a violent encounter. The program is instructed by 2 law enforcement officers that want to give back to the community and improve self awareness. The program is every tuesday nit from 0630-0800pm . The program is open to all men and women over the ages of 18.
