Deux Vert Vineyard can be found at the two mile marker off of Highway 240. We're at the top of the hill where Morelli Drive deadends. The land was purchased in 1992 and we began planting the vineyard in 1994 with subsequent plantings in 1995, 1998, 1999 and 2001. To our knowledge Deux Vert has the oldest plantings of viognier and syrah in the county, if not the state. Today, we grow 5 different varietals: melon, viognier, syrah, pinot noir, and tempranillo. Our grapes are sold to eight different wineries.
