Dutcher Crossing wines are meticulously handcrafted. From the selection of special blocks of choice grapes within a vineyard to small open-top fermenting tanks, Their wines receive the hands-on attention required to produce wines of the exceptional quality that exhibit the intense flavors and character of each varietal. All wines are then aged in American, French or European oak barrels until they are ready for bottling. Dutcher Crossing Winery produce the following varietals Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot, Petite Sirah, Pinot Noir, Port, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah and Zinfandel.
