DWFarm
We are a small, diversified family farm. We have a seasonal CSA from May through September, and raise and sell pork, lamb and beef year round. We grow all the "normal" vegetables, such as squash, onions, garlic, beans, peas, tomatoes, peppers, and a large variety of both salad and cooking greens, along with some unusual things that tickle our fancy. We are moving more and more to heirloom varieties that will withstand climate change, and that help us to be sustainable.

Our pork is Berkshire (kurobota), our lamb is Katahdin, and our beef is Brown Swiss, the steers from our dairy girls. We are located halfway between Nashville, TN and Huntsville, AL, and serve member families in both cities. For 2008 our CSA cost is $650. We sell meat by the whole, half, or by the individual cut.

8-12 items per week. Large variety of small fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Weekly newsletter with recipes and farm information. Also raise beef, chickens, pork. Call or email for more details.
