Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a direct, mutually beneficial connection to your farmer. In support of clean locally produced food and the return to small farms, you join and become a shareholder in essence. We share the commitment by delivering a weekly share of seasonal produce harvested fresh from our farm. Wimberley members may pick-up their baskets Mondays or Tuesdays at the farm between 10-2pm OR we can arrange a special pick-up time for your schedule. deliveries made to surrounding communities such as Austin, Dripping Springs, San Marcos. EIEIO's Organic Farm is located in Wimberley, Texas, a quaint, relaxed little village along the Blanco River in the scenic Texas Hill Country. The farm's 12 acres lie in a little valley along Wilson Creek just 2 minutes away from the village square.

Our land is full of river bottom minerals and beautiful soil, as well as Native American history. Spring 2010 will be our fourth growing season here. We have a growing CSA program open for new members. Because farming in Texas is essentially year-round, we'll be working to add more crops, as well as fruit trees and bushes.

We are currently cultivating 3 acres of organic produce just above the creek using a drip irrigation system with well water.
