EAC provides art and cultural activities, enrichment, and education in all areas of the arts, for the general community benefit and benefit of Emanuel County and surrounding areas.

Grow community awareness of and acceptance of diversity through the exploration of art and culture.

Improve life skills and marketability of citizens of the community through creative expression and self-realization, in order to offer ways for society to become more self-sufficient

Reduce teen-pregnancy and drop-out rates, instances of domestic violence, and bullying by improving the overall emotional, mental, and physical health of our community
