The Fair Lawn Deaf Program provides free employment assistance to deaf, hard of hearing and late deafened individuals and cochlear implant recipients who reside in New Jersey.

FLDP provides vocational evaluations, transitional services, job related interpreting services, career counseling and work adjustment training.

The FLDP is funded by the New Jersey Department of Labor, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services. The FLDP is operated under the auspices of the Fair Lawn Board of Education.
