I would like to welcome you to Faith United Methodist Church. Faith is a congregation in the middle of exciting new times. As "Faith United Methodist Church" we have only been in existence a little more than six years. Formed out of the merger of the former St. Luke and Otterbein churches, Faith is forming it's own identity. There are remnants of traditions from each church but the uniting has formed a "new" church with all the excitement and possibilities of newness.

Imagine with me for a moment! Think back to a time when you experienced God's love and grace in your life. Perhaps it was when you came into your own faith journey, or maybe it was a time when everything was going wrong in your life, and into the mix of all that was happening God's grace somehow burst in and life became different, new, exciting again. If you can imagine such a time then you have a sense of what possibilities there are at Faith United Methodist Church. And by all means, if you have never experienced God's love bursting into your life, or if life is getting you down, come visit us, we'll share our experiences of God's love with you. There is plenty to go around!

Faith is a dynamic congregation with much to offer. We have a fabulous music program including our adult choir, children's choir, and a hand bell choir which meets for seasonal performances. We have a strong education program ranging from nursery through college classes as well as three adult class experiences. We also have a Wednesday evening family program which reaches into most age groups. The Wednesday evening program includes a snack supper, prayer and Bible study, children's activities, basketball for Marshall Students, and choir practice. We have a large variety of small group experiences, many of which you may check out here on our web site. And best of all we are always open to new ideas for short term or long term ministries. We offer the Disciple Bible Study series on Sunday evenings. There is just so much going on around here!

As the new pastor here at Faith I have only been here since mid June of this year. I am so excited about all that is happening and I would like to invite you to come check us out. We would love the opportunity to fellowship with you and we invite you in to be a part of our ministry as faithful disciples of Jesus Christ proclaiming the gospel in all the world.
