Our roots go back to the Pilgrims and Puritans, and the birth of our country. Our founders believed in each person's direct relationship with God and in the authority of the local congregation to shape church decisions and activities.

Together, we seek meaning in life's mystery, strength for its challenges, and grace for the journey. We take the Bible seriously, but not literally, as we seek God and endeavor to follow the teachings of Christ.
