Youth Engineering team.

We meet two days a week usually Sundays and an agreed upon day during the week. It also gets quite intense as competition grows near and many if not all members will meet more often. Competition starts when FLL releases the competition rules which is usually first week in September and runs 8 weeks until State competition in Cookville TN at Tennessee Tech (Usually beginning of December).

Team members may be strong in different skill levels such as research, marketing, motivation, team spirit, programming, or engineering. It takes a well-rounded team to do well in this competition. Team Brainstorm finished 2nd Place out of 48 competing teams last year; First Place is our goal this year.

Members must be between the ages of 9-14 in order to participate at competition. We charge a $65 fee if you decide and are a good match to be on the team. To come out and see what we are about, have some fun, and meet the team is free.
