The venture proved so successful that Jim opened his 2 and 3 stores in the Pittsburgh area in 1973. Today, Fox's Pizza Den currently has more than 270 franchised stores in over 25 states across America.

In recent years Fox's Pizza Den has consistently ranked among the Top 25 pizza chains in the world and is currently ranked 12th. -Fox's Pizza Den was named "Best Pizza Franchise in American" in 2007. -The Small Business Administration named Jim Fox as one of the country's top entrepreneurs during National Small Business Week in 2002.
