The Franklin County Genealogical & Historical Society was created to help collect and preserve genealogical and historical records of Franklin County and Ohio.  

We develop programs and workshops about genealogy research, resources, and more.  We have several "interest groups" that meet monthly to share and disseminate information about genealogy.  These are:  the African American Interest Group and the DNA Interest Group.
