- To nurture and make disciples, teaching them to invest time, energy and finance through ministry;

- To plan and implement ministry opportunities of evangelization that are unique to all generations, cultures and people;

- To train and send workers in fulfilling the Great Commission of Christ, starting in our Jerusalem and reaching to the ends of the earth as God enables;

- To be open to the direction of the Holy Spirit in areas of physical expansion.
