The objectives of Friendswood Republican Women (FRW) are to promote an informed electorate through political education, to increase the effectiveness of women in the cause of good government though active political participation, to facilitate cooperation among Republican Women's Clubs, to foster loyalty to the Republican Party and to promote its principles and candidates in all elections including non-partisan elections, and to work for the election of the Republican Party's nominees.

Any person believing in the philosophy of the Republican Party and in the objectives of this organization shall be eligible for membership.  All United States citizen members must be registered voters.  Men are encouraged to join as Associate members.

Our regular monthly meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month (with occasional exceptions) from August through June.  Our meeting place is the Friendswood Chamber of Commerce, 1100 S. Friendswood Dr., in Friendswood.  Our meeting starts with a social 1/2 hour from 11:00 - 11:30, lunch and announcements from 11:30 - 12:00, a speaker from 12:00 - 12:30 and questions or discussion until 1:00.  Our officers are elected in November, for terms that run from January through the following January.
