What makes Frost's Roadside Garden different from other farm stands?   We have an extensive selection of organic produce, and always have some unusual veggies, too - not just your same-old, same-old.   (We have that, too, of course, and it's always fresh!).   Plus, you'll often find us near the stand, or close by in the field, and we love to come over to share ideas and advice for how to cook anything we grow.   New this year, we also have two large refrigerators right at the stand, helping keep tender greens like lettuce or beet greens fresh and crisp.   If you like wilted greens, that's fine - but we prefer to leave it up to you and not sell them to you that way in the first place!

Growing up in the area (Barb grew up in nearby Groton, Vermont, and Earl is from Ryegate), we moved to Monroe over 25 years ago to be closer to good friends.  We feel strongly about the "Buy Local" ethic, and about giving back - whether it's to our local community, or to good causes in the area.
