The Mission of the Fulton County Medical Center is
"To continuously improve the health of our Community."
We perform this mission by:
Providing diagnostic and therapeutic services in our acute care hospital;
Maintaining health and providing a higher quality of life in our community by operating a nursing home and home care program;
Offering access to care through a multi-specialty clinic; and
Working with other local providers and agencies to promote wellness in our community.
The Fulton County Medical Center (FCMC) located in McConnellsburg, PA, was built in 1950, with a nursing home addition completed in 1976. FCMC currently operates 25 acute inpatient beds providing medical, surgical, and critical care services. The facility also operates 57 nursing home beds and a wide array of outpatient services.
In keeping with the ever changing healthcare industry, our vision for the future is to build a new health care complex designed to expand access to health care services and improve efficiency of health service delivery in the county.
