The Board of Education has set six goals that will guide the direction of the district during the next three to five years. The goals were adopted with input from staff and administration. Implementation of the goals will be followed closely to determine how and when they are met. The goals are as follows:

To improve student academic performance.

To support extracurricular activities as an integral part of the educational program.

To attract, develop, support and retain effective personnel.

To promote collaboration through effective communication with the Greater Geneva Community.

To maintain the district's financial stability through effective use of resources.

To provide a safe and healthy teaching and learning environment, including the maintenance and enhancement of school facilities.
