Goodwill Industries of West Michigan (GIWM) is a nonprofit human service organization that helps people train for, find, and keep good jobs. Goodwill provides hope, pride, and self-sufficiency to people with disabilities and other barriers to employment.

GIWM's employment and training services are made possible through the community's generous support of material donations and the sale of these goods through its network of 16 retail stores. Over 90% of the revenue generated from Goodwill retail stores is directly channeled into Goodwill's job training programs.
