Vision Statement

Grace Bible Church glorifies God by uncompromisingly teaching the Word of God; upholding godly principles for leadership and discipleship; proclaiming the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to the lost; encouraging fellowship; strengthening families; and devoting ourselves to prayer. (Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8; 2:42; Ephesians 4:11-16)

Purpose Statement

The Bible is the infallible and inerrant Word of God; therefore, we will teach the whole counsel of the Bible with an emphasis on expositional preaching and relevant and practical application of Scripture.

We believe that spiritual leadership should be of primary importance in the church; therefore, we will seek to have leaders that glorify God by their lifestyles, seek to fill positions with mature godly believers and develop an atmosphere of maturing believers to become future leaders.

The Great Commission of Jesus Christ is binding on the church; therefore, we will endeavor to reach out with the gospel both to those in our local community and around the world and to foster an atmosphere of the primacy of discipling and equipping believers to walk by faith and grow in their knowledge and commitment to Christ.

The early church devoted itself to prayer, and we continue to believe that prayer is a vital element for both the empowerment of the church and individual believer; therefore, we will seek to encourage members to pray for one another on a continual basis, the needs of the church, and for the lost.

The Bible exhorts us to not give up meeting together as a local body of believers; therefore, we will seek to promote fellowship among our members in various ways.

The family is one of the most important structures that God has instituted; therefore, we will seek to promote family stability and growth by teaching Biblical principles that uphold the traditional family and alerting members of cultural shifts that would harm the family.

Worshipping God is one of the primary tasks of the believer; therefore, we will seek to promote and create an atmosphere in our worship services that will focus on God using a variety of musical styles that reflect the diversity of our membership’s musical tastes, to convey that atmosphere.
