Integrity - faithful adherence to an established standard of moral or ethical principle or measure. Integrity can manifest itself in someone being trustworthy, being truthful, being honorable, being faithful, being authentic, and/or using discretion.

Excellence - of the highest quality, of an outstanding or superior nature.
