About Us
Founded in 1979, the mission of the Grinnell Area Arts Council is to enrich the community by supporting creative expression. We strive to fulfill this mission by offering a diverse portfolio of arts programming to Grinnellians of all ages.
The Arts Council is an award-winning community arts organization housed in an historic 114-year old structure which once served as the Stewart Library, but is today known as the Grinnell Arts Center.
