The Guardian ad Litem Program, Tenth Judicial Circuit, is a non-profit, State of Florida program.  Our program advocates for the rights of children that have entered the foster care system.  The mission of the Guardian ad Litem Program is to provide a strong voice in court on behalf of every abused, abandoned and neglected child in our community.
