As a growing organization of ordinary Americans, including some from Afghanistan who reside in Hayward and the Northern California Bay Area, we are building this relationship through person to person contact with Afghans residing in the City and Province of Ghazni.
Our members travel to Afghanistan, and we have hosted visitors from there as well. We have ongoing projects such as our Widows Literacy Class, and we will be sponsoring the showing of a documentary movie about Afghanistan here in Hayward.
However, there is much, much more to do.
We invite you to become members of our Committee, to come to our monthly meetings and/or to participate with us in other ways. There is much work to be done, much assistance to provide and many more friendships to form.
