Mission :

Healing Wings Ministries is a non-profit corporation founded by DEBBIE MILLIGAN in 1993. This ministry was born out of Debbie's past of pain and abuse. She has known the storms of life intimately, and because of this, she has a love and compassion for wounded people. Debbie is committed to addressing these issues surrounding the heart through her music and her personal testimony. Debbie's transformed life has become the vehicle through which God touches the secret places of the heart offering hope and encouragement to a hurting world. Forged in the fires of Debbie's life experiences, her message testifies to the healing grace and freedom found in the Person of Jesus Christ.
