District Goals :

   1. Annually, each school will increase the number of students meeting benchmark standards in reading, writing, and mathematics by 3 percent, as measured by average, school-wide, student performance on the Oregon State Assessment.
   2. Annually, each school will increase the number of English Language Learners and Special Education students meeting benchmark standards in reading, writing, and mathematics by 3 percent, as measured by average, school-wide, student subgroup performance on the Oregon State Assessment.
   3. Each school will create a physically safe and emotionally secure learning environment.  To this end, each school will annually increase overall stakeholder satisfaction by 3 percent, as measured by the school’s average performance on the Harris survey or other similar instrument.
   4. Annually increase postsecondary accessions by 3 percent, as measured by the number of students choosing collegiate (two year or four year programs), vocational, apprenticeship or military training immediately following high school.
