Goal 1: Students in the economically disadvantaged subgroup will improve by 5% on the CRCT Reading results from 2004 to 2005 testing.

Goal 2: A minimum of 90% of students on each grade level will score at or above state standards on the Reading CRCT with 2% growth in the "exceeds" category from the previous results of 2005.

Goal 3: Student absences at Hickory Flat will not exceed 8% of the school-wide population including all subgroups for the 2006/07 school year
