The Hillsboro Uptown Business Association sponsor First Friday Events in the months of April through June & August through December.
 
Classic Car Cruise In's on the First Fridays of May, June, August, September & October around the Highland County Court House.

We also host a Snowflake Pageant and the Hillsboro Christmas Parade.

The uptown flowers are also tended to by a dedicated group of HUBA members.
