The Hope Heritage Festival is full of activities: car show, craft fair, games, food, and more!!
This year's theme was chosen in honor of the 20th anniversary of the September 11th, 2001 terrorist attacks. Our events 20th anniversaries coincide this year and to pay heed to those that have protected our freedom, we honor them in this years theme. May God Bless Hope! And May God Bless America!
The Hope Community Projects Committee (HCPC) is a group that was founded in 2000 with the goals to create events that would foster relationships with our citizens, local community service groups, local businesses, and to highlight and showcase our town to those outside our city limits. Our mission is to keep the town of Hope alive with pride and positivity. We have had holiday home tours, May Day teas, co-ed softball tournaments, movies in the park, golf tournaments, disc golf tournaments and many other events, but the one event that we have had become our main focus has been the Hope Heritage Festival. Started in 2001, the Hope Heritage Festival has grown in the past 19 years to host several hundred people every Saturday after Labor Day. Our all day festival boasts a large car show, vendor booths, a parade, other local community organizations fundraisers, just to name a few events.
