About Us :

We are a small country independent Baptist Church. We believe the self-governing, self-supporting, self-propagating local New Testament church is God’s plan for this age. The local church is a voluntary association of baptized believers who band together to more effectively spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and to establish a solid Christian witness in the community. The only two scriptural ordinances are believer’s baptism by immersion (which is a picture and testimony of our salvation), and observance of the Lord’s supper as a remembrance of the vicarious death of Christ. We believe in the separation of church and state but not God from the state. As believers we are to strive to be Christ-like through practical separation from sin unto God as set forth in II Corinthians 6:14-18 and Romans 12:1-2. For believers who fall into sin as mentioned in I Corinthians 5:1-13; I Timothy 6:3-5; and Romans 16:17-18, the scriptural methods of church discipline as set forth in II Thessalonians 3:6, 14-15; Matthew 16:17-18; II Corinthians 13:1; I Timothy 5:19-22 and Galatians 6:1 are to be followed with much wisdom and love.
