Mission Statement :

The mission of the Indian River School District Personnel Department is to support the goals and challenges of the district by providing services which promote a work environment that is characterized by fair treatment of staff, open communications, personal accountability, trust and mutual respect.

The Personnel Department staff will support the district mission by delivering superior customer service through recruitment, support and retention of a diverse and highly qualified workforce.
