In 2007, Dan Hincks acquired the building at public auction. Renamed Infinity Hall, the building was extensively renovated to include a state of the art, acoustically pristine Music Hall and fine dining Bistro. The Music Hall's first performance featured Kenny Rankin on October 17th, 2008 and has since hosted more than 1,200 concerts including most all genres. Located on the street level, Infinity Bistro opened its doors to rave reviews on May 1st, 2009. The Bistro has become very popular both for pre-concert dinners and foodie enthusiasts. The public has embraced Infinity Hall. As of this printing, more than 200,000 patrons have attended shows and dined at the Bistro since its opening.
