The Inglis-Yankeetown Lions have served the Community since being chartered on July 15, 1971.  The Club funds or sponsors projects  such as:

• Eye exams and glasses for those who need help acquiring them;
• Florida Lions Camp for Visually Handicapped & Multihandicapped;
• South Eastern Guide Dogs;
• Florida Lions Conklin Center - a training center for handicapped individuals;
• North Florida Lions Eye Foundation;
• Christmas Baskets;
• Scouting;
• Yankeetown and Inglis Fire Departments.
