THE INMAN MUSEUM: PRESERVING THE PAST FOR THE FUTURE
Telling the story of the land, the people and the spirit that made the Inman community what it is today. The Inman Museum focuses on the period in Inman’s history between 1887 and the present. Established in 1991, the museum is ever-growing with the addition of more displays and artifacts. The museum’s success is a result of a community proud of its past and confident in the future.
The Inman Museum is home to over 25 extraordinary attractions. In addition to more than a dozen dioramas, display cases and exhibits, and vast collections of artifacts, the museum boasts a life-size village square with six buildings constructed with 100-year-old materials, a restored train depot complete with caboose, and a full early-prairie homestead, which includes four outbuildings and barn.
