The Charles E. Piersall Chapter of the Izaak Walton League of America is on the bank of the North Platte River.  The Chapter owns 30 acres of riparian habitat, including a rustic Lodge (Clubhouse), the Fort Caspar Campground, and the Bruce K. Ward Wildlife Park.  The Chapter Clubhouse and the Campground headquarters and bathhouse are in the Town of Mills, Wyoming.  The rest of the property is in Natrona County.  The Lodge is adjacent to the Fort Caspar Museum.
